They paint a good picture, but the company is very unstable and toxic. Sales and personal gain are always at the forefront of management.
The engineering culture is aggressive, unskilled, and deeply misguided.
Research and design are the key focus of the company, but the design team is operating like it’s 2014. There are hard walls between design and engineering.
Pay and benefits are not competitive. Hours are horrendous. I see people working 60+ hours a week. Some over 100.

If you are a senior PM, I would recommend you stay away. If you are different from their core of different workforce you will become disenchanted quickly. They expect a lot of work for sub industry pay and benefits are not great.

ChaiOne is a company that focuses a lot on mobile/web development. One thing that you will notice is the culture. Everyone there is very friendly and very approachable. You never feel like you can't be yourself.
The company is an Agile-heavy shop. You will have many 2 week sprints with well planned projects. When one project is done with a few months, you pick up the next one right away. With that being said, you have the opportunity to face many different situations and there's never a dull moment as work is always interesting. Yes, there's a ping pong table in the office for you to let loose in.
ChaiOne is a company that is not afraid to incorporate new tools within their development process. You will always use the latest and greatest tools that will best help you do your job in the most productive way you can.
