What I had been looking for

- Excellent Work life Balance.
- Engaging projects/Interesting work.
- Execs and managers that are engaged and revved up about personal and company growth.
- Realistic projects and goals.
- Generous time PTO system.
A little over a year ago, the company went under new management, I started right at that transition and you could really see the impact the former CEO had on people, it wasn't good. It's been a steady awesome ride up with a really engaged team and lots of positive growth.

Honestly the only con I can think of is benefits could be a touch cheaper but the coverage is good. I expect this will continue to improve over time.

I have worked some places that were not great to their people. I've worked places that were pretty good to their employees. This is the first one that treats me like an individual with individual needs to succeed.
Management gets to know everyone.
WFH when needed
PTO policy is among the best.
Snackbar is great for taking a break or satisfying that urge for some fruit.
