Reps for Archetype and Regent did not respond to requests for comment. A spokesperson for Altice USA referred inquiries to Cheddar’s new owners. Emails sent Tuesday to multiple Cheddar staff members listed on the news outlet’s website returned error messages that said, “The email account that you tried to reach is inactive.”

Reactive mess. Morale is horrible. The person who runs the company has run it into the ground. Constant panic in the office. All employees are aware company is going down and any requests for transparency are ignored. Bonuses that were guaranteed were not given and we were told at least you have a job and then came the layoffs.
