Great Intentions, Frustrating Work Environment

It is wonderful to try to help young people. Decent time off. New CEO seems to be trying to make some positive changes.

Low employee happiness. Low pay, unless you work in the downtown office. Disorganized, stressful working environment. Limited contingency planning. Limited mobility within the organization. Overall, it feels very unprofessional and stressful.

The Director, Family Service Worker, Teachers , Children and other staff members all were caring and nurturing, worked with the community and parents in building a positive relationship with the school. Diversity Growth and Development are great attributes to make the world

Some of the seasoned employees did not want to accept change, and at times they would make the environment uncomfortable, regardless how positive the Director, Parents and Family Service Worker tried; the Upper Managements would be unapproachable, unrealistic .
