Low labor job. Breaks can be taken at your discretion. Schedule given ahead of time | Company doesn't offer paid vacation or sick days. They only observe 4 holidays, all of which are unpaid. Company claims to be "family oriented", while not taking care of employees and also make production employees clean bathrooms on a rotating schedule, while office employees don't have to lift a finger. Majority of workforce consists of friends that came in through senior employees or the owner. Blatant favoritism leads to toxic environment. Schedules can differ every week with different hours on certain days and will require you to take 1 day off during the weekday and 1 weekend off. Small parking lot. Nice break room, that is usually filled with office employees that interrupt your lunch. Hire a janitor if you care so much about cleanliness.
