The amount of PTO is great if approved and the starting salary is competitive.

This use to be a great place to work and the company is pretty diverse, but has undergone some changes for the worse. Management is not good and there is a breakdown in communication throughout the entire company. This makes for a very unproductive and frustrating work environment. Schedules were completely revamped without asking employees and replaced with new work schedules. The new schedules were very difficult for those with and without children, because we had to change our entire lives based on these new schedules that we did not originally agree to. Customers and employees are extremely frustrated with the system constantly being down, which creates a high call volume. Metrics standards are unrealistic and changes are constantly being made without ensuring that everyone is understanding that a change has taken place and how to proceed. Management is constantly confused, which-in-turn confuses everyone else. The chat-based atmosphere creates more confusion, because communication is lost in text translation or misunderstood.

High deductibles, communication issues, doesn't fully reimburse for unused PTO.

My experience with chime started off good as soon as I took off from work things start to go down hill with this company. They don't want u to take off or go the bathroom . They just want u to sit and work.. The manger don't know what they doing giving out all the wrong information.Hr is even worse they don't know what they doing. I don't know how some of management got they position but they need to be trained again

You might get bored is my only complaint, depends on you as a person. Working from home has its benefits though! You can work part time or full time, they work around your schedule.
