I hope you like to pray. Phone calls are back to back. Not a bad thing. Just takes a special person to handle 70 calls a day.
30 minute break, but required to be back on time or else fall out of queue in the system and get notified by your coach.
Required to attend Chapel services mostly to build morale with the heavy phone calls.

Where do I start? Some of the leaders don't lead, and spend more time trying to avoid any interactions with their subordinates, Don't expect a raise (if you do ask, you'll be reminded that you've been called here to serve God), There's no 401K plan, The health care benefits are OK, but expect your out-of-pocket costs to increase every year (this hurts especially when you're not getting cost of living increases), There are no performance reviews (because employees will expect a raise if given one), No consequences if the work doesn't get done. And the place is full of "I'm Kin and I Knows" - I'm kin to this executive or I know this person.
If you need a job stick with Starbucks or Costco, you'll probably make more money and have better benefits.

Great place to start. Not great for long term

-Amazing people
-Meaningful work
-75% discount on education
-Had an issue with an older male employee intimidating/scolding me and making rude and demeaning comments (I didn't work for him in any respect. I just worked near him) and when I addressed it with leadership, they took care of it quickly and said I could move to a different workspace. He later apologized, but it was nice to know management had my back. I straight-up said I didn't want this man to speak to me, and they were 100% okay with that.
-got to leave work at work.
-I grew in my skills and learned a lot

-Told during my first week that there are no advancement opportunities.
-Never got a raise in my 4.5 years of working there, despite growing my job description, never causing problems, and going above and beyond what I was asked to do. Several employees have worked there longer and never got raises either.
-They favor the way "things have always been done" and are resistant to change.
-My job could have easily been 100% remote. Never got invited to meetings, no one checked in on me--but they still insisted on office presence.
-terrible communication
-nepotism
-they took away 401k match

I wish I could give a 3.5 rating...here's why.

They "don't give raises", I've worked there for 10 years and had to leave and come back to negotiate more pay. I've won several awards and have NEVER been under any disciplinary action. There is very little reward for doing a good job for this company. They don't like confrontation. They will keep an employee for YEARS even though they clearly aren't doing their jobs. Meanwhile, the ones who do want to do a good job get booed on.

Listen to the employees. Keep the good ones and let go of the people who aren't doing their jobs. Change the format of your show. It's a sinking ship. There aren't new people watching because they don't want to watch. Get fresh faces on the show and younger content. Also...invest in new mediums; Podcasts, streaming, etc. The days of a daily show are going away.
