There's always food in the kitchen and the staff are super fun to work with. It varies by department, but some departments are very casual. We dress casually all week and the work isn't difficult. Insurance is super good! The pay. After tax, retirement and insurance Ministry Assistants live at the poverty line. There are NO raises or bonuses given.
