Our management does a decent job of trying to re-invent us but still struggles trying to move into the 21st century. Our workplace culture is good and it does allow us to be very flexible and not be afraid to express ourselves. The hardest part of my job right now is trying find new ways to re-invent myself to meet goals. It's a bureaucracy. Poor management due to lack of company structure and several attempts at restructuring for better efficiencies. The people are nice, but that's not enough to outweigh what The Chronicle really is.
