As their software architect I would write a document outlining alternatives to security methodologies and submit that to my supervisor. He accused me of being subversive. I flew to their user conference, stayed a week in the hotel they directed me to.... NO reimbursement. I closed an email to a Skype lunch-and-learn with "clothing optional" (because there is no corporate attire policy) and the SVP turned me into HR. As a retired US Army Command Sergeant Major take my advice... this is a company you don't want to work for or contract with.
