Very little communications between corporate and remote offices, As long as I was productive and handled my work load i never heard from corporate managers. The company was down to only 1 customer when I started and in 7 months we had 3 new customers. We did engineering for Independent Telephone Companies. My 1 existing customer was 6 hours away from my company office. That is a 12 hour round trip drive. Job was very demanding and took a lot of overnight travel.

Great job. New places and people every day. Lots of travel seeing different parts of the state. Great people to work with. Became like a family . May not be good for some people but if you like to travel and be outdoors it is a great experience.

CHR is a good company, but they do not value their employees as much as they should. Recognition is in short order at CHR. The CRM software use is a big plus though.
