The way the teams work together is amazing. Absolutely love who I work with. Billy and Aaron are amazing to work under.

A solid HR department or at least an HR person to be able to discuss things without having to talk to your boss would be nice. They handle it very well, but some conversations can just be uncomfortable.

This company is so disorganized and unprofessional. They change their minds about the most fundamental matters within the company on a weekly basis, if not more often. Favoritism is the modus operandi for employee advancement. There is zero regard for laws or standards of how a company treats its employees. For a legal oriented business that is just shocking!
