They have their favorites, they treat you way differently from people that have already been working there. The managers literally donât care about you. The pay is awful & the hours arenât any better. A lot of work just to get a small paycheck.

Pay is not good. Owners are very supportive but due to low cost of the business and profit margin this job is not easy. Staff is 3-5 people in a busy store shift. Very High turnover .

Excellent training and fun people

I was very properly trained in all aspects, and was able to enjoy a fun work environment that treated me well. I got to learn more and more, and kept getting positive and negative feedback on how I did. It definitely felt more like a family than a workplace. And I am very happy about what I have learned since working here.

This job helps you grow especially if itâs your first job or so. It works around your schedule the pay is decent for a first time job. Once you get aquatinted with everyone youâll see that most of everyone is very nice and helping towards you but, also just make sure you donât forget your there to work etc.

by far one of the worst places to work. the pay is not competitive, the clientele is rude, you're expected to work multiple people's jobs if they decide not to work that day. I spent years at that company and will not allow my younger siblings to work here, it's not worth it.

Great and fun place to work

I enjoyed my time at Cici's! I worked there throughout high school and they are very lenient with my schedule and allowed me to take time off when needed. Overall, the managers were very helpful.

NO work life balance and they work you like a dog for only the owner's benefit. The managers work open to close, which turned out to be about 14 hour days (that is actual fact-no hyperbole). You were required to be there 2 hours before the store opened to set everything up. Store hours were 11-9. THEN THERE'S THE CLOSING AND CLEANING OF THE STORE! Basically ended up being about 9 a.m. to 10/11 pm (depending on the day and employees working. MOST ABSURD JOB I HAVE EVER HAD OR COULD EVER EVEN IMQAGINE!
