Cinch Human resource department is amazing, they provide you with all the essentials needed to prepare for the position. Once you are picked the interview process is smooth and easy. The interviewee do a great job making you feel comfortable before they start interviewing. Once you are hired the onboarding process is amazing, you go through the training and is equipped to be successful. I love that Cinch do not rush you out on the floor they make sure you truly understand the material.
