What is the best part of working at the company?
Working with a dedicated and knowledgeable team of professionals. Remote work.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Company goals, metrics, and KPIs changed too often not allowing time for a market to reset or catch up with what was asked or expected. Bonus levels and KPIs were never realistic or able to be met and moved throughout the year. Only one regional market was able to hit goals consistently. Constant restructuring and upper management changes that lead to an unpredictable and unstable work environment.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Remote work provided the freedom to make your schedule but there were also extreme areas of Micromanaging by upper-level management that was deemed unnecessary and unproductive by most. High Stress with last-minute projects with very little rewards and praise for productive work done. Negatives were always the focus.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Multiple emails, Phone calls, and web meetings starting at 8 AM and ending at 6 PM or later on some days. More internal than external meetings, although more time should have been spent on external meetings. This was because of the constant internal web meetings.

Training was great. They made it fun and were knowledgeable. But they micro manage on another level. It was an ok experience nothing good or bad to really say.

Fast paced but easy work place
|
Easy job, but management is not consistent along with supervisors who don’t like assisting. Hard to get a raise and that’s only once a year. I worked there for about 15months but had to let it go due to needing higher pay… company under value the employees

Pay is great if you are good at your job, most of it is now outsourced out of the country, Management was awful and they could not care less about you as a person. I asked to leave early ONE TIME when I received my cancer diagnosis and the manager said he would have to check my points, I had none because I never called out and he said "Don't worry people don't even die of cancer any more can you just stick it out?" AWFUL. I left with all of my vacation time because vacation was rarely granted.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The pay is the best thing about the company. The management leaders are very snobby and have horrible attitudes and speak to workers in inappropriate ways
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything is stressful about this job. The AHT is the worst I have ever seen. Especially because we are the frontline of the company. And a million different services and situations. And ccs call in to buy something the want to throughly know what they are buying and that takes times from the company standards to provide. Also if after you go over the services they decide to enroll well that me another process. Not everyone that call know what they want. I have seen over 20 ppl be fired bc of that ridiculous AHT

Horrible from a management standpoint but the employees are great. We had to be close we didn’t know who was next to be fired.

Stressful situation. This job had me worrying while I was off work

It should be a good job, but...
|
When I first started training I thought I had won the lottery. I was able to learn all types of awesome things and basically thought that I'd get to play detective and have fun at work. But it did not end up that way. The aht average handling time, is so low that you have no time to do the job the way they tell you to do it. And if you are thorough they act like you are the worst employee in the world. You have to go fast you have to know what Corners you can cut and you can't really care very much about your job at all or you will be severely overwhelmed at all times. When you try to take concerns to management you will be shut down and told that you do not take accountability but the funny thing is they are the ones that refuse to accept any accountability or to change anything. This could be an amazing job and they can save all the money on training. In my training class of 48 people there are only 12 people left after just 6 months. And the problem is the more you care about your job the more stressed you have so all the good people left. Just people that can deal with doing a half job and working like absolutely crazy and still being told that they're not doing good enough are left. Do not work here if you care about a quality job.

Pay was good, culture is horrible
|
Pay was 15 an hour work from home so that was nice. That's where the good ends though. From rude coworkers to bosses that threaten to fire you for not getting off the call in 10 minutes when you have to acquire a laundry list of information then double check that on internal systems as well as Google. There is a lot more but it would take days to explain the scope of this job. Only reason I gave 2 stars is there are some wonderful, helpful people within the company (about 7 of them) the rest suck.
