Eats employees' hard earned money... Actors suffer with payments & portfolio They hire good camera men and hence most of the visuals look good. No growth-- No appreciation of hard work-- Bad payment-- No hike-- Zero work life Balance--Fundamental policy is to lie-- No sense of ethics- No respect for employees. Absolutely no growth. The exploit an employee's talent, energy and expert in killing one's interest in work. Their fundamental policy is to lie, whether its to the customers, employees or actors they hire. They have no respect towards their employees. They expect employees to work even on weekends without complain. Asking for leave is treated as if you have asked for a kidney. They basically need slaves not professionals. They have this tendency of not paying the actors on time. Not a single actor has been paid on time till date. and the actors are also not given a copy of their work which is their portfolio. The thing that cinimage masters on is EXPLOITING PEOPLE. The worst part is they eat emplyoyee's money( salary and incentives). They would let an employee go all of a sudden without notice period promising him a full month's compensation which they should as per corporate rules, but they really don't. They also sit on incentives giving ridiculous reasons. They try to spoil a candidate's career who ever claims his/her money by sending them termination letters with all false reasons. This is a company not worth working for. Have minimum sense of decency , responsibility and respect towards your employees. Remember you are ZERO without them. Please stop living your life with the false pride. Don't ruin your employees' life and career with your unethical practices. Don't eat away the employee's money and please stop giving termination letter with false reasons to each and everyone who claims their own hard earned money. And please respect actors whom you hire for your projects. My experience of working with this organization was awful. The management wants you to work till 9 pm and start as early as possible in the morning. The office premises is full of cameras and one can find the cameras even in the kitchen which makes one pretty uncomfortable even while eating the lunch. The owners are insanely paranoid about employees sharing company "secrets" with competitors so they spend most of their time spying on employees incoming and outgoing emails. In most jobs if you are a "manager", you are allowed to make decisions, but not here. All the managers are scared to make decision for fear they will be yelled at and talked down to for not making a decision that the owner would have made. I will say this job was an eye-opening experience and made me appreciate my other job when I got the heck out of there in one piece. Luckily, I am not emotionally damaged like most people who leave that place. The company never pays your salaries after you submit the resignation letter. During the tenure of 8 months of my work with this organization, I have seen around 15 people leaving the organization where as the total employee strength of the company is 12. Most of the employees are terminated on the spot instead of being asked to resign because company doesn't need them anymore and they are not paid any kind of compensation. I worked at a senior position with this organization and now my compensation as well incentive got stuck here. Management is always very rude with the employees and even don't mind them calling at 11 pm in night asking them to come to the office on Sundays which is pretty common here. Start paying their compensation and stop terminating every single person telling them a company can do anything. The office is full of cameras which makes like more like a 'Big Boss Ka Ghar'.
