After being told time and time what a fantastic job I’ve been doing etc. Then to be told a patient phoned saying what an excellent ambassador I was for the Rehab Hosp and how they they was there when receiving devastating news ... PURE JOKE!! They ended up taking on permanent someone who after 4months still couldn’t complete the job accurately and on 2 occasions could of had serious consequences if not picked up!! Yet I have a husband dying and I pay too much attention to detail which as it happens is just aswell with those who I worked with amd as for SMT and coordinator you try speaking amd couldn’t careless but defend them. It’s managers who seen what I was doing that supported me. So where clerical, admin are keep well clear as with them HUGE, HUGE JOKE unless you want to be taken as their escape goat, yes man amd still be wrong!!!!

Pretty on the surface

At first, Circle Bath seemed like a great place to work. However after spending almost 2 years with the company, I have realised this it not the case.
The management it’s beyond a joke and I felt the team on the ‘front line’ were rarely listened too.
If you’re prepared for ever changing SOP’s and to bend over backwards for a company that really doesn’t care about the welfare of its staff running the business, then this is the place for you.
The only positives I would say are the fact that the current admin staff have the ability to overcome a great deal of stress and large workload without having a breakdown, I take my hats off to them.

Manager/ lead no practical skills, get tradesmen In promising quals , decent pay & progression in interview & threaten to sack on daily basis if dont follow illegal practises (live working etc).
The hospital is a mess due to the maintenance staff "cover with tape attitude"
Any complaints are used against you, bullying is prominent.
Tradesmen thinking of taking a position... I advise against it! The most sly dept in the hospital, think of your family, this is not a secure work place! staff turnover awful! Leads/ management untouchable.
Colleagues sit in the office all day drinking coffee & chat while qualified tradesmen unblock loos, only to then disrespected constantly. This is the reality!

The middle management were nigh useless, a complete mess of an organisation at the time I joined Circle MSK.
There were some very good people, but they were balanced out by those who weren’t,

Very poor management
|
To say the management at Circle is inadequate is to pay them a compliment. Treating all staff with equal respect is alien to them. Not a place to work if you value your emotiinal well being and selfesteem. Bullyingis ignored as are requests fir help ad support. Total and complete kack of professional management.

Friendly vibe

Circle is like a family. People really look after one another. Management is accessible and I've learned a great deal since I joined. The new computers are very fast, which helps, and there are food lunchtime meal options available in the deli bar.
