I've been working for Circle full time for a year now and working for the agency is like working with family, employees are looked after, cared for and everyone is treated with respect at all levels. The initiative to help others in need is rewarding in itself but to do so for a company with such a positive culture is just an added bonus.

Circle is growing and with that there are always some growing pains, there are some areas where a few more staff members may be needed but I think this will come with time.

I honestly can't think of any besides it's located in a fun area of Boston
|
In all my years of working I have never worked with a bunch of unprofessional, catty individuals. My supervisor treated my like garbage, she was condescending, I could never do anything correctly no matter how hard I tried, and getting thrown under the bus was all too common. At one point I got the silent treatment from my supervisor and a colleague from the same department. I was set up to fail for reasons I'm still unclear about to this day. Do not work here.
