Didn't provide training at all, no on-boarding for me despite knowing I was a fresh grad. Kind of just dumped all the work on me and expected me to know exactly how to do it and do it well.

CDR was once a name that carried real clout and prestige; although it still does open some doors, it is now a sorry tale of slow decline and a prime example of how to rubbish a once valuable franchise.

If you want your career to plateau and flatline, fine, come and work here! There is absolutely no corporate vision nor strategy, matched with a lack of investment…not just in terms of systems and tech more generally, but the quality of the people hired who tend to be very low calibre.
