It was a good company 4-5 years back. No pro that I can think of now, in 2019!

A lot actually. I'll just list down a few which might be useful:
Management is not concerned about its employee and never bothers to listen to them. No transparency at ALL!!!
Management has a PATHETIC attitude towards its employees and think its doing a favor to its employees by giving them their SALARY!!!
Anyone can be asked to leave at any point of the year without giving any explanation at all. Ask any former employee and everyone will tell you the same story. No one feels secure working in this company and environment anymore. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL!!!
HR is very much a part of this management and NOT employee friendly, trustworthy or helpful at all. It recruits people by giving them false promises and a lot of joiners then leave in their first week of joining.
No career growth at all.
Depressing work environment.
They have outsourced most of their work to a third party hence not much work left to do.

It was good to see the company transforming from on-premise solutions to cloud solutions. Tech skills are very high. Lots of new tech to learn.
Company has its sales/ consulting centers in 20+ countries and customers in 50+ countries. This gives a global exposure to developers in India.
Join the India or Mexico centers only if you have proven expertise in cloud centric development.
Company gives opportunities to good candidates to grow.
Management is strong.
Salary is above market average.

Its hard work to stay visible in this company. Unless you are really good technically or willing to keep learning, you wont stay here for long.
Company implemented a new HR review system from SAP. Weak resources are identified easily and thrown out or shifted to low priority jobs.
Going up the chain for new resources is difficult since most of senior and mid-management stayed in the company for many years and are very loyal to the company.
