Typical day at work was helping property owners get rewarded for the credit they deserved. My experience with my position was a happy one, because I learned how to contribute to The City as a part of this community. Management was excellent. Culture was diverse-friendly. Accommodations were granted for all! The hardest part of the job was that rush requests took time away from the many regular requests. The most enjoyable part of the job was the inspiring environment and excellent transportation access.

Poor leadership, cronyism, mis-management, poor vision, corruption, un-needed bureaucracy, outdated ideas, systems and unrealistic expectations.
If you can deal with basically being a # it is ok.
