The CEO of company is terrible. He doesn't know how to manage. Hiring and firing is the only thing he knows. He can fire you without any reason. Not trusting his employees not giving chance to justify and will fire you without any notice.He is not even sure about the product he wants to introduce.

Nothing much, since the company is a startup you can expect some crunch now and then, more like one or two times in 4-3 months period which is almost negligible and about the same in every company.

I have been working here for 1.5 years and I am a backend developer. I am stick to this company because of amazing work place and team members(very Supportive) and great product.
Infrastructure or Working Environment - Great Environment to work and you can work any time you like and there is no such compulsory timing to work. Good office in India and in USA. Management is very good, they will listen you words very carefully and they will solve you problems if its professional or personal. We do party every week if you want to participate and we go for outings some time with team members.
Learning -> Frankly there are lot of things to learn here very advance technologies and which will support you any way in your future. we alway been on trend technology which will make you always upgraded! If you are learner guy and programming geek then this is the best place for you. And we have CTO who has the great mind, quick learner, long vision and very supportive in any scenarios. Your Manager will always support you any case no matter what.
CEO -> Oh! What a great CEO(Michael Jansen), You will feel like you are part of something important and your work always be recognised between the team and always supportive. He has very strong, long and great vision with great Energy about product thats y our product is always on top in the market. He always let you speak about the idea’s and new things changes, and he will listen you idea and will discuss with you. He always motivate you.
Team Member -> Team members are very supportive and always stand to help you. You won’t find any politics or any miscommunication here as we have some team member in India and some in USA. Team members are good qualified so you will feel like you learning something from them and or they are vice-versa

Some time you have to work at night but that totally depends on you if you like and there is no one to force you to work at night but i love to code or program so i work sometime.

Growing Company with a Collaborative Culture

My input always feel welcome and, more so than that, actually manifests as real tanigble changes. I've experienced this from every member of the company, collective input is a driving component of how the software/service is built. There is no complex bureaucracy to go through to make a small improvment to the core project, just reach out to the relevant people and start a conversation.
The working environment is remotely distributed, and you're able to work flexible hours. The team tends to be very responsive and communicates well, which is necessary when working entirely remote. The work itself is, at least to me, interesting and engaging. I don't feel limited to any one area of the project, and I feel a sense of ownership to my work.
This company is positioned in a relatively new, but very active space. It's always exciting to be on the forefront of changes in tech, I think the work we do is just that. It's something with tangible benefits to the customer, not something that needs to be sold with smoke and mirrors.

Because it's a growing company it's still lacking in maturity when it comes to processes and standards, which results in you needed to be a good communicatior and reach out when things are unclear. Think tech startup that just got funding and expanded their team but just realized they've burdened their lead devs with onboarding and directing the new hires. However, it feels like this is something that is being taken seriously as an issue as we have implemented a number of SDLC processes which have streamlined the process. More importantly, since my joining, a number of people have been brought on to specifically ease those growing pains.
Again, due to where the company is in it's lifecycle we are finding ourselves with a lot of technical debt. There are plans that guide us away from the legacy code and relieve us of the tech debt, but it's hard to prioritize at the moment. This doesn't slow down development as much as it slows down onboarding when trying to get a handle on the project. The hope is that this will be much less of an issue in the coming months as we streamline our workflow.

Keep leaning on the advice from your tech team, they're thinking long term and it will pay off.
Take a few hours off here and there, the last people I want to see overworked is the leadership. It hasn't been an issue here, but I've seen burnout happen to a lot of passionate CEOs.
