Very unexperienced when it comes to managing their own dev teams.
If you are a developer then be prepared to spend ALL your working time bugfixing somebody's really bad code.
The ignorance and disrespect from senior architects can be felt from day one, if you are supposed to be on the same team with them then I'm sorry for you.
The management is dishonest to their own employees so be prepared to be lied to your face.
The office is really cremped and the free-desk policy makes it even worse as you never know where you'll be sitting the next day.

Great product and employees but lacks the necessary direction, support and vision from management.

Developers, POs and BA teams are driven, motivated and supportive. Amazing group of peers to work with. So talented! A lot of wonderful people work at ClaimVantage.
Flexibility in working hours.
Good location and free parking.

Senior Leadership does not support employees. Senior Leadership lacks professionalism and discretion. Feedback given to employees is inconsistent and unconstructive.
Few opportunities for growth or advancement for internal employees.
Lack of resources. Management is also asking for more from employees who are already overloaded and stretched too thin. Customers and employees suffer.
Process is not followed or enforced by leadership making it hard for anyone to do their job effectively. Results in employees working long hours to meet the needs of the customers who have been promised more than is possible.
Roles and responsibilities are ill defined which results in confusion and conflict in the organization. Management does little to define expectations or job responsibilities.

Hire and prompt more from within, as the group is talented.
Take action and follow through on feedback provide to you from your employees and the action steps communicated. Take action instead of just promising change and kicking the can down the line further.
Define roles and expectations for each position clearly so that employees know what they are expected to do and are being evaluated based on.

Coworkers are great! All very friendly and nice people.
Benefits are good.
If you are not in support / solutions and don't require visa sponsorship, then things are reasonably good.
Work space is nice.

You are worked hard according to the customer's schedule.
Immediate and upper management talks a big talk about growth opportunities, but there was 0 for support / solutions staff.
Use non-existent policy or weak excuses to prevent people from applying or being considered for other positions in the company.
My experience was that some of management behaved unprofessionally.
