Great company, Great product just has to execute on vision

Honestly the product is amazing for the most part it leads the way into how things are done on the CXA side. The Engage product is also great but far from a leader with that said it's has tremendous potential. The compensation is good (not great) but it's also not a massive company so great shouldn't be expected. The sales team as a whole Executives, VPs, Directors, AE's are some of the brightest I've worked with.

The executives and HR try and push out more culture its just difficult when things are remote. The company still has a ton of growing to do because of this you have a lot of the start up pains. Customers aren't too familiar with you especially on the Engage product with that said their is an advantage to it.

I've found myself to be well heard and respected in this company throughout my short stay here. The tech is good but still growing, so there's lots of opportunity to make an impact. I like my managers, so overall it's a pretty good company to work for.

Multiple teams overseas, so it can be hard to work with the time difference.

Amazing Product and Culture

Forrester Wave leader time and time again... the company has grown into a staple of the CX space. They are investing in their development and hiring key, strategic people to continue to grow. The company has done an incredible job during Covid to keep employees included, engaged and has been very understanding and supportive of the parents working from home. They seemed to be ahead of the curve for the remote working transition which made it much easier on the employees.

Some information can get lost in translation while working remotely, but this is to be expected during a shift in remote working.

Great product with lots of potential, but management gets in the way of the company's success
|
Company culture is sexist, hierarchical and intolerant to dissent or ideas outside of those driven by the management team. Huge egos abound in leadership and thwart identifying and addressing issues with unethical practices in the company. Managers, including top executives, are often condescending and rude to people, undermining employees by a thousand cuts. Underlying it seems to be an insecurity with the company and themselves. Heavy workloads and poor treatment of employees abounds. Favoritism is rampant.

Re-evaluate point structure for account development. If the "top performers" on your teams are only hitting quota 3 or 4x a year, something is off. Also do a better job of explicitly showing employees that are looking to grow with the company into more senior/technical roles exactly how to go about this. It's preached that if you do well, you can move in several different departments. That's too generic. Better define your career paths especially at entry-level ADR/Marketing work.
