Whilst it takes some time to settle into the role, it became highly rewarding once you got into the rhythm of it all. Felt welcomed into the company from the get go and enjoyed the frequent after work drinks.

The EMEA team is great to work with, very fun and engaging. Amazing product which is sticky for some customers. Downside is that there are regular layoffs dues to company not performing well this year. Its a small company and career advancement is very limited especially in the European team. But you do learn a lot about CX.

Unlimited PTO, flex-time, option to work from home, medical dental and vision offered to full-time employees, moderate pay.
Management isn't great but is getting better. They do an annual employee survey to gather feedback and they do try to take action on the feedback received. Most of mid-level management is inexperienced though and could use some training in what it takes to be a good leader. I feel upper management really cares about the company and the employees and do their best to make Clarabridge an enjoyable place to work.
Job gets to be repetitive and boring after a while. Working remotely feels very disconnected.
Growing company so lots of things changing constantly. The company is currently working on integrating past acquisitions. They are a little slow at this but it's happening.
