Great Company - Great people to work with
|

I have been with Clarus Commerce for about three months now and I have to say that it has been a great experience joining the company.
The company clearly cares about its employees and even though we are all remote these days, I still feel and experience the collaborative culture this company promotes and maintains. Everyone I have met is very nice, supportive, and willing to help in any situation. Also, the company puts enormous emphasis on work/life balance. Being with Clarus Commerce is like a breath of fresh air and I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of it.

Even Better than Expected

|
The people, processes, documentation and entire culture at Clarus is what I've been craving in a working environment my entire career. It is inclusive, welcoming, friendly, and most of all everyone is focused on the getting the job done together. The leadership team drives this fantastic culture and leads with a hand-on approach. They are not afraid to brainstorm and ask "crazy" questions.

The organizational culture at Clarus Commerce is unique. I cannot compare it to anywhere else I have worked. It's like one big family where everyone knew one another and correlate to get job done. The communication style, office set up and the way management and fellow employees treat one another is just amazing. Even in this crazy times where working from home is the only option, the #TEAM still does everything possible to put the well-being of workers at the top.

Everyone is allowed to dress down and be casual and comfortable as much as they want. And you cannot tell the difference between the CEO and the Janitor if you are not told, because everyone is treated same with equal love and respect.
