Clarus is a great place to work because they have such a great culture in and out of the office. The management is well-run in my opinion and are very transparent. It seems that everyone who works for Clarus has bought in to the company's culture which makes it an even better place to work.

The organization is very transparent and keeps employees in the loop, and there are set expectations for work from managers and good markers for staying on track. Great place to work!

Clarus is a great place to work. It is currently complete remote because of covid, and the management has been really flexible with employees during this time, which is really appreciated.
This is the most transparent company I have ever worked for. The senior leadership team sends the entire company notes from their meetings, and the CEO meets with each employee after they are hired and throughout their time at the company to check in. It is evident that the leadership team and HR really care about their employees.
I've only been working at clarus during the pandemic, so I can't speak to the in-office culture, but I've heard great things (i.e. company lunches and social events, volunteer opportunities, a collaborative and fun work environment.) I'm really looking forward to experiencing it for myself once it's safe to do so!

A Mixed Bag
|
Their workplace culture is very laid back. In fact, they're too busy trying to be cool and laid back that feedback regarding your performance and corrective actions slip through the cracks and you're at threat for being let go due to issues you could have corrected a while ago. Really focused on work/life balance. When there is a hiccup with a client or deadline it can be a very stressful environment but that is very rare. Coworkers are great; they make sure they hire people that fit into their unique culture which can be a good or bad thing. Management is basically figuring things out as they go along, can give employees false information then backtrack often down the line. Unless you're in the sales/marketing department or IT department, there is zero room for growth or opportunity to make any money.
