Relaxed atmosphere, no pressure, flextime. Easy to get in. Good first job after uni before moving to a serious company for a real career and much higher salary.

Endless massive losses. Seems like the whole idea is to sell the company to a big corporation. Below average salaries for IT people. Only senior management get stock options. Lot of staff turnover. Management rarely talks to employees and there's a lot of bureaucracy so it feels like a huge corporation but it's actually a very small company.
