Laid back environment with happy educated people. Friendly atmosphere and a Great work/life balance. Great place to work if you aren't worried about money. | They hire within company first but hire based off of favoritism not qualifications. More part time positions then full time. No raises in over 5 years and no bonuses. Make you set goals and push you to achieve them without any compensation for good work. Low pay scales except for upper management and HR. HR lady changes her hair weekly and its more distracting than employees tattoos.
