I have had an incredible experience working at Clearwave. I started when the company was much smaller and have seen the tremendous growth that we have experienced in recent years. Growing with the company has allowed me the invaluable experience of wearing many hats within the company before specializing in my areas of interest. The management are very understanding and are flexible as long as they know that they can trust you to complete your tasks. Clearwave understands the importance of work/life balance and offers lots of opportunities for team building and socializing with employees and their families. People like coming to work and I really enjoy working with my team. They are supportive of people's personal needs. Depending on your job, you may have to travel. It is a team-focused environment in which innovation, truly driven by the needs of healthcare organizations, flourishes. Clearwave began as a startup, and though still and small company they are quickly expanding. I do not have a single negative thing to say about the company. It was my first sales position and I learned a lot. They really try their best to do the right thing by their employees and customers. I've worked a lot of different places and this is the first place I've worked where I can honestly say I feel at home. Plus, we are growing quickly, it's fun seeing all the new faces and new opportunities! Not so much a con as an observation, Clearwave is a tight nit team and we all work together closely. People who like sitting in heads down in their office all day might not enjoy the team environment at Clearwave. We interact with each other often. They have a really cool product. Everybody is really friendly, but very focused on their work. I learned a lot while I was there, and having Clearwave on my resume looks great.
