A typical day is you explaining to residents that your not there management company. You are called all kind of curse words. The system shuts down while you are working, all they tell you to do is reboot it! They want you to speak to resident's who don't speak English. Management is prejudice so, if you are a African American your treated horrible. They make you work mandatory over time including weekends during rent cycle, they take your breaks away! The environment is supportive and full of good people. I started with an entry level position and my good work has been recognized. Its nice to work somewhere where you have the ability to learn on the job and to be recognized for your contribution. Its also rare to find a place with main offices in New Jersey that feels like a Startup and can advance your skillset.
