The environment is best suited for those who go to work to make money and go home rather than enjoy the environment they are in. Clicks is the epitome of top down management. They are not an organisation that wants to hear open feedback about things they have rolled out or what may have worked really well in other organisations that could be brought to enhance the agency. What really got me is I worked really hard for the company and made some good placements for them. l decided to leave the agency because I was looking for something different in terms of the environment but went about this to leave on good terms. I made good handover notes detailing which candidates to call when roles come back out and completed references knowing I would not get paid for these placements as the deals were not through - little did I know, they would hold out on paying me nine placements I did get across the line with contracts signed. I have not heard of an agency to hold commission for placements that were across the line and have spoken to an HR Legal advice line who agreed this was unethical but for all the effort I have put in to querying this with my manager, I have been fobbed off and I think that really shows what kind of an organisation they are.
