Managers just focus on the results and not on how to treat people.
One of the managers does not even know his own business and call names on employees, doing everything against proper HR rules.
They wanted us to work without properly and extra hours if necessary without being treated or paid well enough. We had even to pay our own coffee, and we had only 1 bathroom for all employees.

The Clicktron office had the warmest vibe the minute I stepped in. I had 3 thorough interviews, and got the job which I stayed at for about 7 months due to my decision to relocate to another country, The staff members at Clicktron were all very smart and such fun characters independently, and when we came together as a team we could move mountains. I have faith that this company will only grow in the future, and I recommend popping down to the BCN office to check it out for yourself.

Working with Affiliates requires flexible hours, and all around the clock maintenance. Initially the office hours were a little strict, but the since have changed that.

They take a huge effort in making sure you understand the market dynamics, latest trends in online marketing and also on the department levels there is a lot of knowlegde sharing; good benefits (bonus, private insurance, quarterly team activity, centrally located office); multicultural and international work environment; relaxed atmosphere where there is good attention for your personal work/life balance

If you dont want to work hard this is defnitely not the place to be. Its a very performance oriented place.

Very flat organization where you get a lot of responsibility and decision power straight away. You can talk with clients (advertisers) and providers (publishers) already in your first week and negotiate contracts, and get to decide on campaign strategy and optimization. Also the founders of the company are very down to earth and accessible people who are always willing to share their knowledge with you. The attention and understanding for your work-life balance is also a great plus. I worked at Addiliate by Clicktron Media for 3 years and resigned because I got an offer from Google.

Affiliate marketing is a very fast paced environment so you need to be open to rapid changes in decion making. Clients can sometimes be very demanding.

Keep on investing in technology. There are only 3 programmers in the company which results in development time sometimes being a bit too long. That being said its a pretty awesome company to work for in your first job or if you want to learn more about internet marketing.

I would highly discourage any motivated professional wasting their time by joining this company.
The two owners have no proper knowledge about the industry, which is reflected in their chaotic decision making and overall company culture. Staff gets low pays and no extra benefits, this way they can comfortably finance themselves. High turnover due to unprofessionalism, horrible conditions and controlling atmosphere. The company does not have any core values and working in this place feels like being in a circus.
