Bosses are fairly nice and they have pretty good benefits including a retirement package which is kind of unheard of in the hvac industry.

This company really goes out of their way in trying to treat their employees great. They offer great benefits, paid vacation and holidays, health insurance, 401k and more. They have holiday parties and celebrate employees birthdays. There is a huge effort to create a family atmosphere. It is also a very forward thinking company. They are always working to find better ways to everything.

I have been working here for almost three months. I have been a hvac service technician for over 5 years. I can honestly and truly say, climate control experts istop notch. Treats employees well! Travis is a great manager. He has a lot of passion and drive. Chris (owner) is a awesome guy! Very humble .
I’m truly greatful this opportunity .
Ps the teamwork from each branch of this company is outstanding

Laid back office, open line of communication with senior management, office staff works as a team. This is my first time working in an office environment and upper management took the time to teach me a ton of new skills regarding payroll, HR, and other tasks.

It's really tough to believe what happens here. The owner Chris Roth and his wife Mary claim to have a vision of building this great company but the actions are completely different.
There is no honesty, ethics or loyalty. Promises made and broken with regularity. Management "shake-ups" and changes in direction give you whiplash. Communication is non existent. Backstabbing and infighting are common. The "best" employee is a technician that rips people off and is rewarded for it.

If you LOVE to be micromanaged then this is the job for you!

It was a constant pay check that paid the bills
|
I don't even know where to start....
1. Management is shady. They will turn on you in a heartbeat, especially if you have an opinion.
2. Management will talk behind your back, instead of coming to you about the problem.
3. They do not care about the techs. They force them to work 12+ hours and give them problems if they can't work Saturdays.
4. They play FAVORITES!
5. They trust the wrong people and fire the dedicated people.
6. Micromanagement when it's completely not needed.
7. No job security at all. They will fire you in a heartbeat and not even give you a reason why.
8. They will fire you 1 day before your 1 year anniversary, just so they don't have to pay your week vacation (happened to 2 people within a month of each other)
My advice is just steer clear of the whole business. Not worth it and they have no ethics.
