Lots of comradery between technicians.
Lots of training from sales services and repairs
Fairly flexible work hours obviously summer in the desert is pretty demanding.
if i moved back to vegas i would apply for a position with them again

Everyone is very kind and welcoming, I felt like I fit in instantly. They all treat each other like family and care about one another. Everyone really does care for and gives their all for the customers. I feel like I am able to be my true self here without fear of judgment. CCEs are always trying to better themselves and others. The employees here constantly lift each other up and help each other succeed. There are many departments but together we are one team. I never have to worry about someone being dishonest, or untrustworthy here.

Wonderful people, bonuses, positive reinforcement, one on one learning opportunities, regular trainings and check-ins, and strong core values.

Some communication, follow through, and timing issues but all in all not many cons.

The management is do as I say not as i do outlook. Unless you are a friend or family member your job is always in jeopardy. The only care about the money and not the employees. Hire you for one position then want you to do something else for same rate of pay.

The Management is good and supportive. Co-Workers are amazing to work with, but if you are working for commissions and sales. If your not making sales your not making money and they will move you or get rid of you.

Extremely stressful place to work. Absolutely No communication from owners and HR. Always have issues with your paycheck and when you have questions from HR you get attitude like it's your fault your pay is wrong. Do not work for this company.
