Not interested in the job, but just to party at the expense of the company. Everything have to be about the CEO to be considered. And the only persons he like are the one that came from his previous company. The product could go somewhere, but with his "leadership", most of the talents have left, or looking to leave. He really believes that anything can be sold by him, and that he is the only reason people are buying the software. Most engineering has been let go, and the rest of the team are gone.
