Flexible about personal time i.e last minute doctor appointment. Bagels on Fridays? um... Bagels.

Severely lacking any leadership or direction. Problems are swept under the rug. Data is often doctored. Employees are instructed to never speak to clients/auditors. Little respect between coworkers and management. Projects are dull and not always followed to protocol. Too many ethical issues to even begin. Pay is far too little.
