Historic issues meant a lot of fixing. Company is merging with IQVIA Biotech and although it is great all jobs are safe, some staff finding themselves rather confused as to where they fit in with the larger company.

My experience of Clintec was that they have a great team lead by managers that really look out for their staff. They are generous with salary, benefits and time.

Limited clients for insourcing model which means redeployment is difficult if times get tough.

The people, flexible working hours, good team spirit, "can-do" attitude of employees and management teams, fair salary and benefits package. Genuine career progression opportunities are available. Good investments have been made in systems and technology recently. Job stability and security. Overall the company looks after their employees and gives back to the local community frequently with ongoing charity work. Senior Management are very visible.

Internal communication can be an issue and result in doubling up of work or time wasting. Marketing of the company is lacking and very much controlled/scrutinised by Senior Management which can be frustrating .
