The people at Cloudbakers are friendly, smart, and hard-working. Management strives to make advancement opportunities available and not only listens to employee concerns, but also makes a genuine effort to change tactics and approaches when employees suggest changes. The HR department is great and the entire interview/onboarding process was smooth and very well orchestrated. This was a great place to work, I only left because another opportunity that I was interested in fell in my lap at the right time...

When I first started, there were a couple of people who seemed a bit standoff-ish towards me. It took a bit of time but we eventually became solid teammates and partners in our work.

Everyone at Cloudbakers, from the office management to the CEO, did a wonderful job by fielding my questions and concerns during the interview process. I had the pleasure to speak with employees from different departments within the company, which made it very easy for me to understand my potential role with the sales/customer service department. Above all, each employee I met with seemed authentic and excited about what they were doing at Cloudbakers.

I would hardly call it a "lack of communication," but there were a few days where I would not get a response/follow up to a phone call or email when checking on the status of an application or interview.

The reason I chose Cloudbakers was because of the opportunity being with the company provides. Cloudbakers is an amazing company growing at a very fast rate but they have stuck to their core values and that was very important to me.
