There are some really, really decent people--especially on staff--who care a lot about the school and keep it afloat.

The faculty, although well-meaning, doesn't always see the implications of what they say and do in the community.

This place will be lucky to still be open in five years because change is impossible.

Some people honestly care about education here and do their best under the circumstances.

Outsiders aren't really accepted here, and neither is change. There are serious issues with accreditation. I'm not sure how they maintain it.

Don't be swayed by political factions within the college. Changes in the educational system at Cloud will mean you have to go against some of the veteran faculty members' ideas. If you continue listening to only a few people and not looking at the world around you, the college will close.
