- Great support from management

-too much time on the bench while between projects.
-much of the culture of CTP will going away during its transformation to a HPE company.
-too many favorites and not enough opportunities to others
-Interesting that after the purchase by HPE, Bruce Coughlin left telling everyone how great the company was doing and then many got laid off. Management claimed the layoffs were due to algorithm and that they didn't make or have a choice.

Contractor hours are not billed as part of the SOW when selling to client and contractors are expected to work 2 week and take 2 week unpaid time off and again come back 2 week as that is how sales and delivery sold the contract.
Full time employees gets paid for bench, and 30-40% are on bench beginning and end of year. Average engagement is 8-15 weeks. 1-2 people are in charge of capacity planning. Review process for exchanging feedback is archaic and very political. with inexperienced employees running delivery, PMO and Sales areas. Few people area Sales 'stars' because they underbid contracts by 60-70% by selling something for 8 weeks when it could be a 8 month engagement.

After acquisition to HP, CTP still has same bad management, sales and execution practices. It will cease to exist in 2 years if continued on this path.
HP is providing lots of sales leads for Cloud security engagements, and good people are walking out the door due to bad management, review and sales practices
