Free coffee/tea selection at Head Office. Very top-heavy culture. A bit of a boys' club. Diversity and Inclusion concepts need to be practised, not just trumpeted. Current CEO doesn't value constructive feedback or innovative ideas from most staff. Low salaries - except for the executives. Annual salary/hiring freezes are frequent. Work-a-day HR department.
