You get a lot of exposure and learning is good. But work life balance is not at all cared for. They'll load you with so much of work that you'll need to work on an average 10-12 hours a day. They'll expect you to work on weekends. Work from home is frowned upon. Indirect threats issued while asking for leaves or comp off. You are expected to say yes to everything otherwise you have to face consequences.
