Many benefits, very few room for growth, need to change culture

They offer a very competitive salary (above average), they are remote friendly (I am able to work one day per week at home). They need to update the culture of the company, transformation goes beyond a casual dressing policy.

Leaders change their mind all the time. There's a lack of communication and there are many people involved in an approval process, which can make things go really slow.

Good Company, bad resource planning

The environment, infrastructure and people are really good ones.
|
Management could be better, and of course the way they planning the resources definitely needs an improvement. It's a very big problem you have a contract but after four months they dosen't have enought money to continue with project and they fire you.

Old school company, old product, you have to work with obsolete technologies and people that don´t want to make things better. Management only cares about retain customers longer, and have no idea about the product, they don´t care about improving it

Management should be replaced, they do not bring good results

Company with presence in several banks in South America and the Caribbean. You can deploy to other countries in case that you are assigned to foreign projects. They do manage diverse levels of technology and are trying to implement SCRUM. There is some degree of flexibility with your personal life, in case of needing time for attending your personal business is possible to obtain consent.
|
Management fail constantly to move people in a specific address, they are always struggling with decisions and is quite rare to have a fixed decision. People is managed as legos and many do not feel career improvement since the company philosophy looks like being firefighters instead a world class company. Some positions are gained due personal favors. There is a circle of people that is always favoured. Salesforce is incongruent with company´s objectives, and look like they do not want to invest in post-sales actions.

Work environment is OK, since there´s a lot of teamwork and people is friendly. You can work with new technology in some cases. Company has presence in Latin America from a good 20+ years of current products, actually the company has more than 40 years.
|
- No training at all levels. If you are lucky can be part of a selected group of people for training. (try to be flatterer with key managers)
- Top Management is continuously loosing direction and does not make decisions on time
- Sales force is quite lazy, do not collaborate but always complain about lack of products.
- People is always looking for a new work place
