Although there are ample resources, the college leadership is focused on one shiny object at a time. They are comprised primarily of Mormon church members and the “good ole boy” culture is alive and well there. There are very few academic standards, save for the accreditation process, which is very simple to complete. All the staff that work there are very friendly and always willing to help The salary is very low and the amount of working hours do not make up with what you are being compensating every paycheck. Our opinions are ignored, equipment is outdated, internet is unreliable at the best of times.
