- You can be anyone you want, so long as you're one of them

- High school, with the worst people around in control. If you meet someone who's been there more than 1.5 years, they're part of the system. Good luck finding anyone genuine. Get ready for gossip talking happy hours where your boss will get drunk and talk down on everyone else.
- Drug culture. Can be a pro for many, but coke makes you quite the ayehole, doesn't it?
- Not creative. 95% of the sizzle reel is comprised of using assets the above the line agencies created.

There are a lot of smart people there, and there's a prestige that definitely warranted, but if you can't ignore the mean spirited vibe then it's going to be ultimately unfulfilling.
100% avoid the friendly people who've been there 3+ years. Their happy hours are really quite sad.

- Great place to learn
- Fast paced environment but it's easy to get into the swing of things
- You're given a lot of responsibility if you're starting off in the agency world, which makes for a good experience
- You're surrounded by VERY smart, dedicated and creative people. It can be intimidating at times, but that itself is a great opportunity to learn from others.
- The work itself is fun.

- Taking days off is restrictive. There's a "Responsible Time Off" policy in place, but upper management makes you feel guilty for taking a day off or even working from home.
- Late nights, which is justifiable when the work produced and the clients we work with are both at a very high standard. But that can result in a poor work/life balance.
- Lack of direction in terms of the work. Sometimes, that can lead to poor communication.
- Lack of cultural diversity. Doesn't feel all the way inclusive.
- Lack of work culture. A workaholic culture is more dominant than anything. It can be very clique-y at times.
