Mgmt was a club basically and if you didn't have a clear membership to the club it was difficult to get your job done period! The culture breeds "its a nice place to work if you keep your mouth shut". There is no diversity support for personalities that don't match the management characters. Would not recommend working here if you want to have an enjoyable career!

Management has a problem with ethics and the way some of the team was treated. The engineering team turnover has been close to 50% over the course of the last year.

Awesome and enjoyable experience.

Awesome company, had a lot of fun working there for about a year, learned a lot about barcode scanners and the different programmable functions, fun filled management team and employee friendly environment for every one, fast paced creative problem solving on a team based objective was a typical day at code. they offer good benefits, good pay, strong incentives, and a guaranteed good time at any company parties, generally a great place to work.
