Overall Very Great Experience So far.

I joined Codifyd in Corona Pandemic, Onboarding New resources during pandemic itself show the potential business the company has.
Below are some Pros* I must share :
- Freehand in work
- Salary On Time
- No Salary Cut During Pandemic
- Work from Home
- Co-operative Colleagues both on-shore and off-shore.
- Quick Offer (I got my offer on 3rd day from the first HR round)
- Young N Talented Team
I joined codifyd few months back, and my overall experience is very good.
ThisCorona pandemic is good and bad for all of us like As we all know many organisations lost their business and this leads to job losses, cost-cutting, salary cut and many unhappy things AND Some organisations experienced a very good spike on their business graf, Organisations doing more business, making more money, producing more and more opportunities. CODIFYD is amongst those organisations who successfully converting challenges into opportunities.
PIM and MDM is a new Domain for me and I am grasping it very fast because of helping and co-operative team. Though we are working remotely, I never thought of disconnect between teams.
Overall Very Great Experience So far.

You will learn a lot from a talented team of software developers, architects, program managers, QA who are supportive, encouraging and thorough professionals.
The interview process was quick and efficient. I had three rounds of interview, the first was an aptitude test at their Malad office followed by a quick in person interview with a member of their development team. The next round was with a Senior Developer in the US office which was conducted within 7 days of the first one via Zoom. Then I received my offer within the next 7 days. All the interviews were technical rounds and lasted for not more than 30 mins.
