Some people are nice. Office usually stocked up with food and drinks.

I won’t make this long... but management literally does not have a clue on what goes on. They don’t care if you’re being overworked... if you do bring it up, they will just tell you “it’s only because the company is growing rapidly”. No help... no ounce of how exhausted employees are... also if you’re in a HEALTH IT company, how about you give better health insurance to employees??

1. They'll kick your kids off their insurance
2. Horrible, horrible culture
3. 0 work/life balance
4. Employees are not valued at all
5. Vacation time is very low
6. Compensation is low, 0 bonus
7. Raises are TERRIBLE, if they ever bother to give you one.
8. TOTAL lack of interesting or engaging work
9. Meetings, Meetings, MEEEEETINGS!!!! Bureaucracy and red tape are the order of the day
10. The on-call rotation is horrid and they ALWAYS!!!!! call anytime you're on call
11. AUTHORITARIAN style of dictatorship, I mean management
12. No fun, no engaging work, no opportunity to advance. If you want a place to lose all your tech skills, work here.
13. Expect them to hike the price of your pure GARBAGE insurance every year. Last year it DOUBLED!!!
14. Did I mention that their authoritarian attitude strips all joy from the job
15. HIGH STRESS!!
16. The people who manage this place are obsessed with working all hours of all days and expect everyone under them to do the same
17. No bonus
18. No opportunity for advancement
19. Worst communication in the history of humanity
20. Employees are viewed as an expense to be curtailed, not an asset to be invested in.
