Ineffective "management" team lacks basic delegation, prioritization, and organizational skills.
The CEO, Steve is verbally aggressive and abusive to his workers. He knows how to give orders and scream but he doesn't know how to lead. Unfortunately, other leaders in the company don't show enough interest in the team to compensate for the boss's managerial shortcomings. He can't prioritize client cases, and often, the team ends up rushing through multiple projects simultaneously to compensate for the disorganization.
The combination of shockingly incompetent leaders and unmotivated workers makes a dysfunctional team whose sole priority is supposed to be strategic and effective case management to satisfy their clients' security needs.
Also, expect uncompensated, unpaid overtime.
